摘　　要：脂肪肝是一种以肝细胞内脂肪积聚异常为特征的疾病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为全球亟需解决的公共健康问题。脂肪肝的致病机制复杂,包括酒精性和非酒精性因素、代谢紊乱以及药物影响等。近年来,中药及其有效成分因其独特的多靶点特性以及整体调理作用,被研究者广泛关注。该文对部分中药复方及其有效成分对非酒精性脂肪性肝病治疗中的研究进展进行综述。Fatty liver is a disease characterized by abnormal accumulation of fat in liver cells,the incidence of which is increasing year by year,and has become an urgent public health problem in the world.The pathogenesis of fatty liver is complex,including alcoholic and non-alcoholic factors,metabolic disorders and drug effects.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients have been widely concerned by researchers because of their unique multi-target characteristics and overall conditioning effects.This article reviewed the research progress of some Chinese herbal compounds and their effective components in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
