艾地苯醌联合多巴胺制剂治疗帕金森病的效果及对血清神经细胞因子、氧化应激指标的作用

摘  要:目的 探讨艾地苯醌联合多巴胺制剂对帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)的疗效及对血清神经细胞因子、氧化应激指标的影响。方法 选择我院2022年6月至2023年12月就诊的PD患者130例,按照简单排序随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用多巴丝肼片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案上联合艾地苯醌片治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组临床疗效、统一PD评定量表(unified PD rating scale,MDS-UPDRS)Ⅲ、非运动症状评价量表(non-motor symptoms scale,NMSS)、简易精神状态检查(mini mental status examination,MMSE)评分,以及神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)及过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)水平变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(84.62% vs.67.69%,P<0.05)。观察组MDS-UPDRSⅢ、NMSS评分、血清MDA水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MMSE评分、血清NGF、BDNF、SOD、GSH-PX及CAT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 艾地苯醌联合多巴胺制剂治疗PD效果明显,有助改善患者症状及认知功能,其机制可能与调节血清神经细胞因子、氧化应激反应相关。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of idebenone combined with dopamine on Parkinson's disease(PD) and its effects on serum neurocytokines and oxidative stress indexes.Methods A total of 130 PD patients in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to simple ordering random method,with 65 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with idebenone on the treatment regimen of the control group.The course of treatment of both groups was 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the unified PD rating scale(MDS-UPDRS)Ⅲ,non-motor symptoms scale(NMSS),mini mental status examination(MMSE) score,and nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT) were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (84.62% vs.67.69%,P<0.05).The MDS-UPDRS Ⅲ,NMSS score and serum MDA level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE score,serum NGF,BDNF,SOD,GSH-Px and CAT levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Idebenone combined with dopamine is effective in the treatment of PD,which can improve the symptoms and cognitive function of patients,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of serum neurocytokines and oxidative stress response.
