摘　　要：医用重离子加速器作为粒子放疗的主要设备,做好质量控制工作使之可靠运行,是保证放疗精确实施的先决条件。因此,医用重离子加速器质量控制是整个治疗流程质量保证的重要组成部分。本指南为中国国内的重离子治疗中心的质控方法提供指导,范围涵盖了人员配置、机械性能、安全联锁、剂量学性能、图像引导等多方面内容。在制定指南时,以已发布的国内外相关标准为依据,旨在将国内各机构的质控项目统一化。不同品牌型号设备间的性能差异和操作区别,其基准值及测试方法并非唯一,本指南所提供的质控方法仅作为参考,而基准值则需要参考设备验收时的测量结果。医用重离子加速器质控项目的检测频度除遵循指南要求外,在设备发生故障进行维修后,还需进行额外的质控,范围应涵盖故障维修可能影响到的质控项目。As the main equipment of particle radiotherapy,strict quality control procedures of medical heavy ion accelerators need to be implemented to ensure the reliable operation of radiotherapy.Therefore,quality control of medical heavy ion accelerators is an important component of ensuring the quality of the entire radiotherapy process.The guidelines provide guidance on quality control methods for heavy ion therapy centers in China,covering various aspects such as personnel configuration,mechanical performance,safety interlocking,dosimetric performance,and image guidance systems,etc.When formulating this guideline,the aim is to unify the quality control projects of various domestic institutions based on published domestic and international standards.Considering the performance and operational differences among different brands and models of equipment,their benchmarks and testing methods are not unique.The quality control methods provided in the guidelines are only for reference,while benchmarks need to refer to the measurement results during equipment acceptance.The testing frequency of the quality control project for medical heavy ion accelerators should follow the requirements of the guidelines.After the equipment malfunctions are repaired,additional quality control is required,which should cover the quality control items that may be affected by the fault repair.
