摘　　要：目的:探讨在数字化转型期,如何应对中医药数据要素传承创新过程中面临的诸如数据有效利用、数据整合、数据安全与隐私保护等挑战。方法:研究联邦学习技术的潜力,通过其分布式合作机制,允许各参与方在保持数据本地存储的同时共享模型更新,以此来解决数据稀缺、数据孤岛现象和隐私泄露等问题。结果:联邦学习的应用有助于在确保数据安全的基础上促进中医药的数据融合与科技创新。同时,探析了在加速中医药数字化和智慧化转型方面的优势和可行性。结论:联邦学习在保护隐私的前提下,结合新质生产力,进一步激发中医药数据要素的有效利用,促进中医药数据要素的流通,实现数据驱动的科技进步,构建出更加开放和共享的中医药研究与应用生态。Objective To explore how to deal with the challenges in the process of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)data element inheritance and innovation in the period of digital transformation.Methods The potential of federated learning technologies was investigated.The issues of data scarcity,data silos,and privacy breaches were addressed through its distributed cooperation mechanisms to allow the participants to share model updates while maintaining local data storage.Results The application of federated learning is helpful to promote data fusion and technological innovation of TCM on the basis of ensuring data security.At the same time,its advantages and feasibility of accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed.Conclusion Under the premise of protecting privacy,combined with new quality productivity,federal learning can further stimulate the effective use of TCM data elements,promote the circulation of TCM data elements,realize data-driven scientific and technological progress,and build a more open and shared TCM research and application ecology.
