摘　　要：目的调查老年住院者衰弱状态,分析衰弱与脑小血管病(CSVD)相关性及影响老年住院者衰弱因素。方法选用年龄≥60周岁住院患者116例,采用FRAIL量表进行衰弱分组;所有患者完善头颅核磁明确是否存在CSVD;收集患者的基本资料、化验资料,研究衰弱与CSVD是否相关。结果老年住院患者衰弱发生率较高(47.4%),衰弱组年龄、高血压、共病数、服药种数均高于非衰弱组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。衰弱组CSVD发生率(90.9%)高于非衰弱组(37.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CSVD与衰弱具有正相关性(R=0.55,P=0.000)。二元逻辑回归分析:CSVD、个体年龄以及共病数为衰弱独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年住院患者的衰弱发生率更高,而CSVD与老年衰弱有一定的关联性。增龄及共病数均为衰弱独立危险因子。Objective Examine the prevalence of frailty among elderly inpatients,as well as to analyze the relationship between frailty and cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),along with the factors influencing frailty in this population.Methods A total of 116 senior inpatients aged 60 years or older were selected for the study.The FRAIL scale was used to classify the patients into frailty groups.In order to verify if there was CSVD,all of the patients had head MRI.The basic data of the patients and the laboratory tests of the basic information of patients were obtained.The purpose of the research was to find out how frailty and CSVD are related,as well as to examine the variables that affect senior frailty in the past.Results There was a greater incidence of frailty(47.4%)in older inpatients than in the non-frailty group,and the frailty group had a greater age,hypertension,number of comorbidities,and number of medications.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups.Compared to the non-frailty group(37.7%),the frailty group had a greater incidence of CSVD(90.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CSVD was positively linked with frailty(R=0.55,P=0.000).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that CSVD,individual age,and the number of comorbidities in senior patients were independent risk factors for frailty(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of frailty in senior hospitalized patients is higher,and CSVD is connected with frailty.Age and various diseases were risk factors that were independent of the frailty of the elderly group.
