摘　　要：脑小血管病(Cerebral Small Vessel Disease,CSVD)的主要影像学表现包括腔隙性脑梗死、脑白质病变、微出血等,常并发糖调节受损及认知功能障碍等多种问题。目前关于脑小血管病与糖调节受损的相关性及其对认知功能的潜在影响是众多学者研究的热点。持续糖调节受损不仅诱发全身性与局部的炎症反应,还可导致神经元损伤,加速脑小血管病进程并诱发认知功能障碍。本综述深入剖析脑小血管病与糖调节受损之间的分子机制及其在病理状态下的作用,旨在为开发新的治疗策略提供理论支撑。通过对相关研究文献的综合分析,强调了早期和干预糖调节受损的重要性,即有助于预防或延缓脑小血管病相关认知功能衰退,对提升脑小血管病患者预后和生活质量具有重大意义。The main imaging manifestations of Cerebrol Small Vessel Disease(CSVD)include lacunar cerebral infarction,white matter lesions,micro hemorrhage,etc.,often accompanied by impaired glucose regulation,cognitive dysfunction and other problems.The correlation between cerebral small vessel disease and impaired glucose regulation,as well as its potential impact on cognitive function,is currently a hot topic of research for many scholars.Continuous impaired glucose regulation not only triggers systemic and local inflammatory responses,but also leads to neuronal damage,accelerates the progression of cerebral small vessel disease,and induces cognitive dysfunction.This review provides an in-depth analysis of the molecular mechanisms between cerebral small vessel disease and impaired glucose regulation,as well as their roles in pathological states,with the aim of providing theoretical support for the development of new treatment strategies.Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant research literature,the importance of early intervention in impaired glucose regulation was emphasized,which can help prevent or delay cognitive decline related to cerebral small vessel disease,and has significant implications for improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients with cerebral small vessel disease.
