摘 要:目的探讨医教协同教学在护理本科生临床实验操作课的应用效果。方法方便抽样选取某学校2021—2022学年同届两个护理本科班作为研究对象,医教协同班50名学生为观察组,另外一班55名为对照组,观察组采用医教协同教学方法,对照组采用学校传统教学方法,探讨两组护理本科生临床实验操作技能后测成绩,操作考核各阶段有无扣分情况、扣分分值得分情况及对教学模式满意度调查分析。结果观察组的后测成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;其次在准备阶段有无扣分情况中,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义,而在操作流程阶段与终末质量阶段有无扣分情况对比中,两组间无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组在操作流程阶段扣分得分情况中,对照组高于观察组存在显著差异(P<0.05),而准备质量阶段与终末质量阶段扣分得分情况中两组间统计学无差异(P>0.05)。两组护理本科生对实验操作课满意度评分比较中,除“教师的现场指导情况”外,其余14个维度两组得分存在显著差异,观察组满意度高于对照组。结论医教协同教学模式在提升护理本科生临床实验操作课上运用效果良好,学生对实验操作课教学满意度较高,在临床护理教学中值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of medical teaching collaborative teaching in clinical experiment operation course of nursing undergraduates.Methods Two nursing undergraduate classes in the same academic year of 2021—2022 in a school were conveniently selected as the research objects.50 students from the medical teaching cooperative class were selected as the observation group,and 55 students from another class were selected as the control group.The observation group adopted the medical teaching cooperative teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method of the school.The investigation and analysis on the degree of satisfaction with the teaching mode were conducted in each stage of operation assessment.Results The post-test score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;secondly,in the preparation stage,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;while in the comparison between the operation process stage and the final quality stage,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the demerit score of the two groups in the operation process stage,the control group was significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05),with statistical significance,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the demerit score of the preparation quality stage and the final quality stage(P>0.05).In the comparison of the satisfaction scores of the two groups of nursing undergraduates on the experimental operation course,there were significant differences in the scores of the other 14 dimensions except“the on-site guidance of the teacher”,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The medical teaching cooperative teaching mode has good effect in improving the clinical experiment operation course of nursing undergraduates,and the s
