摘  要:在无砟轨道施工过程中,轨道对接的精度对轨道结构的平顺性和耐久性有重要影响。提高轨道对接精度,不仅可以有效减少列车运行中的振动和噪声,还能够延长轨道的使用寿命,降低后期维护成本。文章分析了影响轨道对接精度的主要因素,并提出了改进材料处理工艺、校准施工设备、优化施工环境管理以及提升施工人员技能水平等优化策略。文章的研究结果对实现轨道对接的高精度具有重要参考价值,为轨道工程施工质量管理提供了依据。In the construction process of ballastless track,the accuracy of track docking has a significant impact on the smoothness and durability of the track structure.Improving the accuracy of track docking can not only effectively reduce vibration and noise during train operation,but also extend the service life of the track and reduce maintenance costs in the later stage.The article analyzes the main factors affecting the accuracy of track docking and proposes optimization strategies such as improving material processing technology,calibrating construction equipment,optimizing construction environment management,and enhancing the skill level of construction personnel.The research results of the article have important reference value for achieving high-precision track docking and providing a basis for the quality management of track engineering construction.
