摘　　要：建筑工程质量直接关系到人们的生命和财产安全,以及经济社会的可持续发展。文章以建筑工程施工质量管理为研究对象,深入分析了TQM在建筑工程领域的应用现状、建筑工程施工质量管理存在的问题,并提出了基于TQM理念构建建筑工程施工质量管理体系的方法。同时,文章从组织、制度、技术、人才等方面探讨了质量管理体系的实施保障,以期为提升建筑工程施工质量管理水平提供参考。The quality of construction projects is directly related to people̓s life and property safety,as well as the sustainable development of the economy and society.The article takes construction quality management as the research object,deeply analyzes the current application status of TQM in the field of construction engineering,the problems existing in construction quality management,and proposes a method for constructing a construction quality management system based on the TQM concept.At the same time,the article explores the implementation guarantee of the quality management system from the aspects of organization,system,technology,and talent,in order to provide reference for improving the level of construction quality management in building engineering.
