摘　　要：“动物增强伦理”随着“人类世”到来以及适用于动物机体增强的NBIC会聚技术迅猛发展,逐渐成为生命技术伦理领域的热点。然而,人类中心主义、超人类主义与动物福利主义在动物增强的伦理辩护上陷入了非此即彼的困境,即人类利益与动物福利之间二选一的分歧,忽视了基于人-动物互利共生关系的协调路径。博文克与克莱默提出的“补救性动物增强”伦理辩护框架试图弥合不同伦理立场的缺陷,但仍受制于对人类中心主义家长制的被动妥协。在“批判性生物伦理学”视野下,运用“观念指导-决策审议-阈值判定-冲突权衡-方案实施”五维分析框架,为消解人与增强型动物共生伦理的困境,提供了新思路。“Animal enhancement ethics”has become a hot topic in the field of life technology ethics with the advent of the“Anthropocene”and the rapid development of NBIC convergence technology applicable to animal body enhancement.However,anthropocentrism,transhumanism,and animal welfareism have fallen into an eitheror dilemma in the ethical defense of animal enhancement,which means choosing between human interests and animal welfare,while ignoring the coordination path based on the mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship between humans and animals.The ethical defense framework of“remedial animal enhancement”proposed by Bovenk and Kramer attempts to bridge the defects of different ethical positions,but it is still constrained by passive compromise with human-centered patriarchy.From the perspective of“critical bioethics”,using the fivedimensional analysis framework of“concept guidance-decision review-threshold determination-conflict weighingscheme implementation”,this paper provides new ideas for resolving the dilemma of symbiotic ethics between humans and enhanced animals.
