摘　　要：目的深化与完善产品服务系统设计思维框架,帮助设计者正确认识产品服务系统设计的完整设计流程,引导设计者在设计过程中进行正向思考。方法首先对EDIPT设计思维模型及产品服务系统设计策略进行综述研究,而后在以往学者的研究基础之上结合实践经验,提出EDIPT-PSS模型,并将其应用于DesignParty 2023国际联合课程的教学中,以实践验证该模型的可行性。结果对设计实践过程中使用者和专家们的反馈数据进行汇总分析后可得,EDIPT-PSS模型对于启发设计者思维,帮助设计者理解产品服务系统设计全流程,推动创新有着积极作用。结论创新性地将EDIPT设计思维模型引入产品服务系统设计策略的研究之中,可为相关领域的研究提供新的思路。Objective Deepen and improve the thinking framework of product-service system design,in order to help designers correctly understand the complete process of product service system design and guide designers to think positively in the design process.Methods The EDIPT design thinking model and the design strategy of product service system were summarized and studied,and the EDIPT-PSS model was proposed on the basis of previous scholars'research and the authors'practical experience.Then the model was applied in the teaching of the DesignParty 2023 international joint course to verify its feasibility.Results The analysis of the feedback data from users and experts proves that the EDIPT-PSS model plays a positive role in enlightening designers'thinking,helping designers understand the whole process of product service system design,and promoting innovation.Conclusion The EDIPT design thinking model is innovatively introduced into the research of product service system design strategy,which provides a new way for the research of related fields.
