摘　　要：为帮助人们释放情绪及压力,本文依据认知心理学理论,研究织物再塑艺术疗愈的实施方案与要点。整个疗愈过程包含从学习理解、应用实践到迁移创新的层次递进,共分为咨询、分析、定制、创作、展览、回访六个阶段性疗程,有针对性地引导疗愈参与者在沉浸式的艺术创作过程中对个体回忆进行拾取与理解,释放与消解情绪,最终实现心理疗愈的目标。研究还以真实案例验证了该疗愈流程的可行性,为相关艺术疗愈的实施提供有价值的参考。To alleviate the emotions and stress of people in today's society,this paper studies the implementation of fabric remaking art healing based on cognitive psychology.The entire healing process includes a progression from learning and understanding,application and practice,to transfer and innovation,which can be divided into six phases:consultation,analysis,customization,creation,exhibition and return visit.During fabric remaking,the participants are specifically guided to retrieve and understand individual memories,release and eliminate emotions in immersive art creation,and ultimately achieve the goal of psychological healing.The study also verifies the feasibility of the healing process with a real case,providing valuable reference for the implementation of related art therapy.
