符号学视角下青年公寓共享厨房服务设计研究

摘　　要：目的在符号学视角下,发掘青年公寓住户对共享厨房空间的使用需求,关注独居青年住户的饮食健康与社交问题,改善用户体验,提高青年住户的生活幸福感。方法通过符号学阶梯理论和SAPAD框架,对青年公寓共享厨房空间的用户行为进行研究分析;结合非参与式观察法,深入理解青年用户对共享厨房空间的认知和需求。结果基于理论分析和实证研究,提出了青年公寓共享厨房服务系统构建方案。结论该方案有望改善青年公寓住户的饮食健康问题,提高他们的生活质量,并促进青年住户之间的社交活动,增加其生活幸福感。Objective From a semiotic perspective,this study aims to explore the needs of young apartment residents for shared kitchen,focusing on the dietary health and social interaction of young residents living alone,improve user experience,and enhance their sense of happiness in life.Method Through the Semiotic Ladder theory and SAPAD framework,this study analyzes the user behavior of shared kitchen space in youth apartments.With the non participatory observation method,it deeply explores the cognition and needs of young users for shared kitchen.Results Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research,a proposal for constructing a shared kitchen service system in youth apartments is put forward.Conclusion This proposal is expected to improve the dietary health of young residents in youth apartments,enhance their life quality,and promote social activities among young residents,thereby bringing them happiness in life.
