摘 要:中华饮食文化是中华优秀文化的重要组成部分,有着悠久的历史与鲜明的地域特点。本文以豫菜为例,进行虚构节目《寻味河南》的设计实践,探讨以传统美食为主题的电视节目如何提升节目包装质量,从而更有效地推广地方饮食文化。研究首先阐述本次设计实践的背景与设计思路,然后确定节目主题、整体风格、配色方案、字体、音效等方面的设计细节,并对河南省开封市的景点与美食进行实地拍摄与短片剪辑,得出最终样片。实践作品以复古拼贴的风格,将开封的文化和饮食元素进行创意组合,创造出一种独特的视觉体验,既保持传统元素的特征,又具有现代感和活泼感,带领观众穿越河南的历史,品味豫菜的魅力。研究希望为电视节目包装设计的质量提升以及为饮食文化等地域文化在当代的推广提供实践参考。Chinese gastronomic culture,with a long history and distinctive regional characteristics,is an important part of Chinese culture.Taking the Henan cuisine as an example,this paper conducts the design practice of the fictional program Taste of Henan to explore how TV programs on traditional cuisine can improve the quality of program packaging so as to promote local food culture more effectively.The study firstly elaborates the background and design ideas of this design practice,then determines the design details of the program theme,overall style,color scheme,fonts,sound effects,etc.,and conducts on-site filming and editing of Kaifeng's attractions and cuisines to come up with the final sample video.The practical work is a creative combination of Kaifeng's cultural and culinary elements in a retro collage style,creating a unique visual experience that maintains the characteristics of the traditional elements while being modern and lively,leading the audience to travel through the history of Henan Province and to savor the charm of the Henan cuisine.The study hopes to provide practical references for the improvement of TV program packaging design as well as for the promotion of regional cultures such as gastronomic culture in contemporary times.
