摘 要:目的:分析6步法行为认知干预对重度牙周炎患者牙周症状、口腔保健知识认知率的正向影响。方法:选取青岛大学附属青岛市口腔医院2020年1月至2023年1月收治的重度牙周炎患者102例,根据护理方案不同分为对照组46例(常规护理干预)和观察组56例(6步法行为认知干预)。对比两组干预前后牙周症状[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)]、口腔保健行为、口腔保健自我效能、口腔健康及口腔保健知识认知率,并对比两组患者干预后护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PLI、PD及AL水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组每日刷牙次数、每次刷牙持续时间、每周牙间隙清洁次数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,两组SESS评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,两组OHIP-14评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组口腔保健知识认知率[91.07%(51/56)]及护理满意度[100.00%(56/56)]均高于对照组[76.09%(35/46)、91.30%(42/46)],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:6步法行为认知干预护理可有效改善重度牙周炎患者牙周症状、口腔健康及口腔保健行为,提高口腔保健自我效能及口腔保健知识认知率,更易被患者及家属所认可与接受。Objective To analyze the positive effects of 6-step behavioral cognitive intervention on periodontal symptoms and oral health knowledge cognition rate in patients with severe periodontitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with severe periodontitis admitted to Qingdao Stomatological Hospital Affliated to Qingdao University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.According to different nursing plans,they were divided into the control group with 46 cases(received routine nursing intervention)and the observation group with 56 cases(received 6-step behavioral cognitive intervention).Periodontal symptoms[plaque index(PLI),periodontal pocket probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL)],oral health behaviors,oral health self-efficacy,oral health and the awareness rate of oral health knowledge before and after intervention of the two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after intervention was compared.Results After intervention,the levels of PLI,PD and AL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily brushing times,the duration of each brushing time and the weekly cleaning times of tooth space in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SESS scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After intervention,the OHIP-14 scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of oral health know ledge[91.07%(51/56)]and nursing satisfaction[100.00%(56/56)]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[76.09%(35/46),91.30%(42/46)],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The 6-step behavioral cognitive intervention nursing can effectively improve periodontal sym
