摘 要:基于固相萃取-超高效液相色谱法,建立了茶叶中11种合成着色剂的定量分析方法。样品经甲醇水提取,WAX固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果表明,11种合成着色剂在1~50μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.020~0.188 mg/kg,定量限为0.060~0.564 mg/kg。加标回收率在81.0%~108.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.11%~3.8%。对市售192批次茶叶样品进行检测,7批次样品中检出柠檬黄和日落黄。本方法适用于茶叶中合成着色剂的定量分析。Based on solid-phase extraction and ultra performance liquid chromatography(SPE-UPLC),a method for the quantitative analysis of 11 synthetic colorants in tea was established.The samples were extracted with methanol/water mixed solvents,purified by the Weak Anion Exchange(WAX)solid phase extraction column,determined by UPLC,and quantified by the external standard method.The results showed that the 11 synthetic colorants exhibited good linear relationships in the concentration range of 1-50μg/mL,with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.99.The limits of detection(LODs)ranged from 0.020 to 0.188 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation(LOQs)were 0.060-0.564 mg/kg.The recovery rates ranged from 81.0%to 108.0%,with the relative standard deviations of 0.11%-3.8%.Tartrazine and Sunset Yellow were detected in 7 batches of commercially available 192 batches of tea samples.This method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of synthetic colorants in tea.
