摘　　要：针对滥用市场新出现的“上头电子烟”和“加料”烟草中非法添加的管制类药品依托咪酯,建立了气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法定性及内标法定量的检测方法。方法在5.0~200.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)=0.9996;方法检出限(LOD)为1.5μg/mL,定量限(LOQ)为5.0μg/mL。方法检测电子烟油回收率为91.6%~97.3%,烟草回收率为84.1%~103.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均≤7.1%。所建方法适用于此类案件的电子烟油和植物样本中依托咪酯的定性和定量检测。In response to the abuse of the controlled drug etomidate,which is illegally added to the emerging"intoxicating e-cigarette"and"spiked"tobacco markets,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(CC-MS)and an internal standard method for qualitative and quantitative detection were established.This method had a good linearity in the concentration range of 5.0-200.0μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient(R^(2))of 0.9996.The limit of detection(LOD)was 1.5μg/mL,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 5.0μg/mL.The recoveries of e-cigarette oil and tobacco were in the range of 91.6%-97.3%and 84.1%-103.5%,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all less than 7.1%.The established method is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative detection of etomidate in e-cigarette oil and plant samples in such cases.
