摘　　要：目的 探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SZ)疗效及对执行、决策功能的影响。方法 观察对象为2020年3月~2024年3月98例SZ患者,抛硬币法随机分为两组,对照组服用利培酮,观察组服用阿立哌唑,比较两组患者精神症状、执行、决策功能,治疗1个月、3个月评价副反应量表(Treatment emergent symptom scale,TESS)评分。结果 治疗后两组SZ阴性、阳性以及一般精神病理症状评分均明显下降,执行功能评分、决策功能评分上升(P<0.05),治疗后组间症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组执行功能评分、决策功能评分更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月、3个月TESS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相比于利培酮,阿立哌唑治疗SZ疗效相当,但执行、决策功能改善效果更佳,副作用更轻。Objective To investigate the efficacy of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia(SZ)and its effects on execution and decision-making functions.Methods The observation subjects were 98 SZ patients from March 2020 to March 2024,which were randomly divided into two groups by coin-flip method.The control group took risperidone and the observation group took aripiprazole.Psychiatric symptoms,executive,decision function were compared between the two groups.Treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)scores were evaluated after 1 and 3 months of treatment.Results SZ negative and positive as well as general psychopathological symptom scores decreased significantly and executive function score,decision function score increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).The difference in symptom scores between the groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Executive function score,and decision function score were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The TESS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to risperidone,aripiprazole has comparable efficacy in the treatment of SZ,but with better improvement in executive function,and decision function,and fewer side effects.
