精神分裂症患者心理弹性及与自杀意念的关系

摘　　要：目的 分析精神分裂症患者心理弹性调查及其与自杀意念的相关性。方法 将我院2021年12月~2023年12月收治的94例精神分裂症患者纳为观察组,另选同期于我院体检的80名健康志愿者为对照组。比较两组心理弹性量表、自杀意念自评量表、社会支持量表评分;采取Pearson系数分析精神分裂症患者自杀意念与心理弹性、社会支持的相关性。结果 观察组力量性、坚韧性、乐观性、家庭支持、朋友支持评分显著低于对照组,绝望、乐观、睡眠评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组其他支持评分组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。经Pearson系数分析显示,精神分裂症患者自杀意念与心理弹性、社会支持呈负相关关系,(P均<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者心理弹性较差,且与自杀意念呈负相关关系,通过提高心理弹性、社会支持或可降低自杀意念。Objective To analyze the psychological resilience survey of schizophrenic patients and its correlation with suicidal ideation.Methods 94 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were included in the observation group,and 80 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The scores of mental resilience scale,suicidal ideation Scale and social support scale were compared between the two groups.The Pearson coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between suicidal ideation,mental resilience and social support in schizophrenic patients.Results The scores of strength,resilience,optimism,family support and friend support in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of despair,optimism and sleep were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no difference in other support score between the two groups(P>0.05).The Pearson coefficient analysis showed that suicidal ideation was negatively correlated with mental resilience and social support in schizophrenia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental resilience of schizophrenic patients is poor,and there is a negative correlation with suicidal ideation.Improving mental resilience and social support may reduce suicidal ideation.
