妊娠期合并精神分裂症对患者母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠合并精神分裂症对母婴结局的影响。方法 选择首都医科大学宣武医院2020年1月~2023年1月40例妊娠合并精神分裂症患者为观察对象,纳入同期性别、年龄等配对的40例正常孕产妇,分别设为观察组以及对照组。记录并比较两组孕产妇母婴结局。结果 观察组孕产妇妊娠期糖尿病、流产、胎膜早破等发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组妊娠期高血压疾病、产后出血发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组新生儿早产、低体重、先天缺陷、窒息发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组巨大儿差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 妊娠合并精神分裂症会增加妊娠期糖尿病、胎膜早破等妊娠期及围产期并发症以及早产、低体重等不良分娩结局的发生率。Objective To explore the impact of pregnancy combined with schizophrenia on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods Forty cases of pregnancy complicated with schizophrenia from January 2020 to January 2023 at Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected as the study subjects.Forty normal pregnant women who were paired with gender and age during the same period were included,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,respectively.The maternal and infant outcomes between two groups of pregnant women were recorded and compared.Results The incidence of pregnancy diabetes,abortion,premature rupture of membranes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of gestational hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of premature birth,low birth weight,congenital defects,and asphyxia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of macrosomia(P>0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy combined with schizophrenia increases the incidence of pregnancy and perinatal complications such as diabetes,premature rupture of membranes,and other adverse outcomes such as premature delivery and low birth weight.
