摘　　要：目的 研究动机访谈联合认知行为疗法对儿童青少年强迫症的干预价值。方法 观察我院在2021年12月~2023年12月就诊的儿童青少年强迫症患儿98例,随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例。对照组采取动机访谈,观察组采取动机访谈联合认知行为疗法进行干预。记录两组治疗效果,比较两组患儿干预前后耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表(Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale,Y-BOCS)评分及儿童少年生活质量量表(Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents,QLSCA)评分。结果 观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组Y-BOCS评分低于对照组,QLSCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 动机访谈联合认知行为疗法能够改善患儿强迫症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective The intervention value of motivational interviews combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy on children and adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods Observing 98 children and adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder who visited our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023,they were randomly divided into an observation group of 49 cases and a control group of 49 cases.The control group took motivational interview,while the observation group took motivational interview combined with cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene.Record the therapeutic effects of two groups of patients,compare the Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS)scores and Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents(QLSCA)scores before and after intervention.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Y-BOCS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the QLSCA score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational interviews combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy can improve obsessive-compulsive symptoms and quality of life in pediatric patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
