摘 要:目的 探索重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)联合阶梯式融合性箱庭疗法对孤独症患儿的影响。方法 选取我院2021年2月~2023年11月期间98例孤独症患儿为研究对象,依照治疗方式分为箱庭组和刺激组。箱庭组给予阶梯式融合性箱庭疗法干预,刺激组在箱庭组基础上增加rTMS,对比两组临床症状、心理健康、睡眠障碍。结果 刺激组治疗12周后孤独症行为评定量表、儿童孤独症评定量表、儿童睡眠习惯调查问卷评分低于箱庭组;模仿、感知、手眼协调、家庭睡眠习惯调查评分高于箱庭组(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS联合阶梯式融合性箱庭疗法可改善孤独症患儿临床症状,调控睡眠障碍,调节心理健康。Objective To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with progressively integrated sandplay therapy on children with autism.Methods Ninety-eight children with autism in our hospital from February 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the sandplay group and the stimulation group according to treatment methods.The sandplay group was given the progressively integrated sandplay therapy intervention,the stimulation group was added rTMS based on the sandplay group,and the clinical symptoms,mental health and sleep disorders were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of autism behavior rating scale,children's autism rating scale and children's sleep habits questionnaire in the stimulation group were lower than those in the sandplay group;The scores of imitation,perception,hand-eye coordination and family sleeping habits were higher than those of sandplay group(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS combined with progressively integrated sandplay therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of children with autism,regulate sleep disorders,and regulate mental health.
