摘　　要：目的 探讨接纳承诺疗法(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,ACT)对孤独症患儿父母心理灵活性、焦虑、抑郁情绪及病耻感的影响。方法 选取2022年1月~2023年6月在山东省精神卫生中心住院治疗的孤独症患儿父母100例,根据随机数字表法随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行常规的心理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上进行ACT干预。比较干预前后两组患儿父母认知融合问卷(Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire,CFQ)、接纳与行动问卷(Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition,AAQ-Ⅱ)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression Scale,SDS)以及贬低歧视量表(Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale,PDDS)评分的变化。结果 两组的CFQ、AAQ-Ⅱ、SAS、SDS、PDDS得分均较干预前降低,观察组CFQ、AAQ-Ⅱ、SAS、SDS、PDDS得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 接纳承诺疗法可以改善孤独症患儿父母的负性情绪,减轻病耻感,提高心理灵活性。Objective To explore the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)on psychological flexibility,anxiety,depression and stigma in parents of children with autism.Methods A total of 100 parents of children with autism who were hospitalized in Shandong Mental Health Center from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine general psychological intervention,while the observation group received ACT intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of parents'Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ),Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale(PDDS)were compared before and after intervention between two groups.Results The scores of CFQ,AAQ-Ⅱ,SAS,SDS and PDDS in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the scores of CFQ,AAQ-Ⅱ,SAS,SDS and PDDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy can improve the negative emotions of parents of children with autism,reduce stigma and improve psychological flexibility.
