IPT-G治疗对产后抑郁患者抑郁水平、社会支持度及人际功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨团体人际心理治疗(Interpersonal psychotherapy group,IPT-G)联合帕罗西汀治疗对产后抑郁患者抑郁水平的改善效果及其对社会支持度、人际功能、睡眠质量的影响。方法 将我院86例产后抑郁患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组43例予口服帕罗西汀治疗,观察组43例在对照组基础上配合IPT-G治疗,对比两组患者产后抑郁程度、人际功能、睡眠质量以及社会支持度情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分、人际问题问卷(Interpersonal Issues Questionnaire,IIP-32)评分均较对照组患者低(P<0.05);观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数睡眠效率、睡眠质量及睡眠时间的结果均比对照组患者好(P<0.05);观察组社会支持量表客观支持、主观支持、对社会支持的利用度评分水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 IPT-G疗法联合帕罗西汀治疗能有效缓解产后抑郁患者抑郁症状,提升睡眠质量,改善人际功能,并增强社会支持水平,值得进一步研究及推广。Objective To explore the effect of group interpersonal psychotherapy(IPT-G)combined with paroxetine on the improvement of depression level in postpartum depression patients and the effect on social support,interpersonal function and sleep quality.Methods 86 patients with postpartum depression in our hospital were divided into groups by random number table method.43 patients in the control group received oral paroxetine treatment,and 43 patients in the observation group received IPT-G treatment on the basis of the control group.The degree of postpartum depression,interpersonal function,sleep quality and social support of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)and Interpersonal Issues Questionnaire(IIP-32)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)sleep efficiency,sleep quality and sleep time in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05);The scores of objective support,subjective support and utilization of social support on Social support scale(SSRS)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IPT-G combined with paroxetine can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms,improve sleep quality,improve interpersonal function,and enhance social support in patients with postpartum depression,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
