摘　　要：目的 探讨白内障手术患者焦虑情绪及其对早期预后的影响。方法 本研究对象为2023年4月~2023年12月82例白内障手术患者,手术前进行焦虑评估,设为焦虑组、无焦虑组。术后1d、3d、7d采用Mc Monnies干眼问卷调查表、视功能指数量表(Visual Function-14,VF-14)进行干眼症、视觉相关生活质量调查,记录术后并发症发生情况。结果 82例白内障手术患者术前30例具有明显焦虑情绪,焦虑率36.59%;焦虑组术后1d、3d、7d干眼症评分、VF-14评分均高于无焦虑组(P<0.05);焦虑组术后前房出血、高眼压的并发症总发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白内障手术患者焦虑情绪较为常见,且焦虑可能加重术后干眼症状,降低视觉相关生活质量,并增加并发症发生率。Objective To explore the investigation of anxiety in cataract patients and its impact on early prognosis.Methods Eighty-two cataract surgery patients from April 2023-December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Anxiety assessment was conducted before surgery,and they were divided into the anxiety group and the no anxiety group.The survey on dry eye syndrome and visual related quality of life was conducted using the Mc Monnies dry eye questionnaire and Visual Function-14(VF-14)on postoperative 1,3,and 7 days.The occurrence of postoperative complications were recorded.Results Among 82 cataract surgery patients,30 had significant anxiety before surgery,with an anxiety rate of 36.59%.The dry eye scores and VF-14 scores of the anxiety group were higher than those of the non anxiety group on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications such as anterior chamber hemorrhage and high intraocular pressure in the anxiety group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety is more common in cataract surgery patients,and anxiety may worsen postoperative dry eye symptoms,reduce visual related quality of life,and increase the incidence of complications.
