综合护理干预联合体位训练对良性阵发性位置性眩晕伴残余症状患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预联合体位训练的应用价值。方法选取2020年3月~2023年12月86例良性阵发性位置性眩晕伴残余症状患者,随机数字表法分组,每组43例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取综合护理干预联合体位训练。比较两组健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性、满意度差异,并比较两组护理前后眩晕程度评分、残余症状评分、焦虑及抑郁评分、自我效能评分、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分的差异。结果①健康知识知晓率相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05);②治疗依从性相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05);③满意度相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05);④眩晕程度评分、残余症状评分变化幅度相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05);⑤焦虑、抑郁评分变化幅度相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05);⑥自我效能评分、自我护理能力评分变化幅度相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05);⑦生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分变化幅度相比,观察组更高,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理联合体位训练的开展,有助于提高患者的健康知识知晓率与治疗依从性,改善患者的残余症状,提高自我效能与生活质量,可推广使用。Objective To analyze the application value of combined position training in comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods A total of 86 benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients with residual symptoms from March 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into 43 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group took the routine nursing mode,and the observation group took the combined training of comprehensive nursing intervention.The differences of health knowledge awareness,treatment compliance and satisfaction between the two groups were compared,and the differences of vertigo degree score,residual symptom score,anxiety and depression score,self-efficacy score,self-care ability score,quality of life score and sleep quality score before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results①The awareness rate of health knowledge in observation group was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05).②Compared with the observation group,the treatment compliance was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).③Compared with the observation group,the satisfaction was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).④The changes of vertigo degree score and residual symptom score in observation group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).⑤Compared with the observation group,the change range of anxiety and depression scores was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).⑥Compared with the observation group,the changes of self-efficacy score and self-care ability score were higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). ⑦ Compared with the observation group,the changes of life quality scoreand sleep quality score were higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The development ofcomprehensive nursing complex training is helpful to improve patients’ health knowledge awareness rate and treatmentcompliance,improve patients' residual symptoms,improve self-efficacy and quality of life,and can be widely used.
