以积极心理学理论为基础的心理护理对接受纤维支气管镜检查术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析纤维支气管镜检查术围术期护理应用以积极心理学理论为基础的心理护理的效果。方法 选取2020年7月~2022年7月收治的92例纤维支气管镜检查术患者,分组按随机数字表法,对照组46例行常规护理,研究组46例在对照组基础上行基于积极心理学理论的心理护理,对比两组心理状态、检查依从性、应对方式及并发症。结果 护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分比较研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组93.48%依从率较对照组73.91%更高(P<0.05);护理后积极应对评分比较研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后消极应对评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组4.35%并发症发生率较对照组19.56%更低(P<0.05)。结论 纤维支气管镜检查术围术期护理应用以积极心理学理论为基础的心理护理,有利于提高检查依从性,促进患者心理状态改善,并转变应对方式,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of applying psychological nursing based on positive psychology theory in patients undergoing fiberbronchoscopy.Methods From July 2020 to July 2022,92 patients undergoing fiberoptic Bronchoscopy were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table.The control group received 46 routine nursing.The study group received 46 psychological nursing based on positive psychology theory on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,inspection compliance,coping style and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of 93.48%in the study group was higher than 73.91%in the control group(P<0.05).The score of positive coping after nursing in the comparative study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The negative coping score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower at 4.35%compared to the control group at 19.56%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing based on positive psychological theory in perioperative nursing of fiberoptic Bronchoscopy is conducive to improving the compliance of examination,promoting the improvement of patients'psychological status,changing coping styles and reducing complications.
