摘　　要：目的 探讨行为转变理论心理护理对新辅助治疗期间乳腺癌患者情绪及癌性疲乏的影响。方法 纳入2022年5月~2023年12月90例乳腺癌患者,均采用新辅助治疗。数字表法随机分为两组,对照组43例患者采用常规心理护理,观察组47例患者采用行为转变理论心理护理。比较护理前后焦虑、抑郁情绪以及癌性疲乏。结果 护理后两组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depressed scale,SDS)均较护理前下降,但观察组护理后各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理后两组认知、躯体、情感等癌性疲乏评分均显著降低,但观察组护理后各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 行为转变理论心理护理能够有效降低乳腺癌新辅助治疗期间的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻癌性疲乏。Objective To explore the effect of behavioral change theory psychological nursing on emotion and cancerous fatigue on patients with Breast Cancer during Neoadjuvant Therapy.Methods Ninety patients with breast cancer from May 2022 to December 2023 were included,all of whom were treated with neoadjuvant therapy.They were randomly divide into two groups using the number table method.Forty-three patients in the control group received routine psychological care,while 47 patients in the observation group received behavioral change theory psychological care.The anxiety,depression,and cancerous fatigue before and after nursing care were compared.Results After nursing,the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depressed Scale(SDS)in both groups decreased compared to before nursing,but the observation group had lower scores than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the cognitive,physical,emotional and other cancer-related fatigue scores of both groups were significantly reduced,but the observation group had lower scores than the control group in all aspects after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral change theory psychological nursing can effectively reduce anxiety and depression during neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer,and alleviate cancerous fatigue.
