摘　　要：目的 探讨综合坚强概念联合正性暗示语言术前访视对卵巢癌患者不良情绪、希望水平的影响。方法 选择2019年1月~2022年12月120例卵巢癌患者,均计划采用手术治疗。数字表法随机分为两组,各60例,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组术前访视中运用综合坚强概念联合正性暗示语言。比较访视前后焦虑抑郁情绪以及希望水平。结果 两组访视后相较于访视前焦虑、抑郁评分均显著降低,且观察组访视后各情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组访视后相较于访视前Herth希望指数(Herth Hope Index,HHI)各因子评分均上升,且观察组访视后各希望评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将综合坚强概念联合正性暗示语言用于卵巢癌患者术前访视能够减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升术前希望水平。Objective To explore the impact of the concept of comprehensive resilience combined with positive suggestive language preoperative visits on negative emotions and hope levels in ovarian cancer patients.Methods A total of 120 ovarian cancer patients from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected.All plans are to undergo surgical treatment.They were randomly divide into two groups using the number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative visits,while the observation group received preoperative visits using the concept of comprehensive resilience combined with positive suggestive language.The anxiety,depression,and hope levels before and after the visit were compared.Results After the two visits,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly reduced compared to before the visit,and the emotional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the visit(P<0.05).After the two visits,the Herth Hope Index(HHI)scores of each factor increased compared to before the visit,and the observation group had higher hope scores than the control group after the visit(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining the concept of comprehensive resilience with positive suggestive language in preoperative visits for ovarian cancer patients can alleviate anxiety and depression,and improve preoperative hope levels.
