摘 要:目的 提出心脏超声视图规划的真实视觉导航,通过训练一个与心脏视图无关的特征提取器从超声帧中提取与心脏三维结构相关的特征,对不同视图之间的回归任务进行迁移学习,以此帮助新手超声医师准确获得心血管疾病诊断所需的视图。方法 该系统引入一个与视图无关的特征提取器,用于探索源帧视图之间的空间关系,学习不同帧之间的相对旋转以进行网络回归,从而促进迁移学习,提高识别特定目标平面的准确度和鲁棒性。此外,本研究提出了一个目标一致性损失,以确保同一扫描中的帧回归到同一目标平面。结果 3名初级超声医师在没有视觉导航系统辅助下定位标准A4C视图的时间要比在视觉导航系统辅助下定位标准A4C视图所用时间多了3.86倍。此外,3名初级超声医师在没有视觉导航系统辅助情况下尝试5次定位标准A4C视图,出现了1次视图定位失败;而在视觉导航系统辅助下的5次定位标准A4C视图定位都取得成功。结论 该心脏超声视觉导航系统应用于临床,可大大缩短新手医师采集心脏超声标准切面图的时间。Objective This article proposes a visual navigation system for cardiac ultrasound view planning,aimed at helping novice sonographers accurately obtain the views needed for cardiovascular disease diagnosis.Methods The system introduced a view independent feature extractor to explore the spatial relationships between source frame views,learned the relative rotation between different frames for network regression,thereby promoting transfer learn-ing and improving the accuracy and robustness of identifying specific target planes.In addition,this article proposed a target consistency loss to ensure that frames in the same scan return to the same target plane.Results Three junior sonographers took 3.86 times more time to locate the standard A4C view without the assistance of a visual navigation system compared to locating the standard A4C view with the assistance of a visual navigation system.In addition,three junior sonographers attempted to locate the standard A4C view five times without the assistance of a visual navi-gation system,but failed to locate the view once;And with the assistance of the visual navigation system,five stand-ard A4C view positioning attempts were successful.Conclusions T The cardiac ultrasound visual navigation system can be applied in clinical practice and greatly shorten the time for novice sonographers to collect standard cross-sectional images of cardiac ultrasound.
