摘　　要：目的 总结18例子宫癌肉瘤的临床及超声特征,并与病理结果进行对照分析,以提高临床及超声医师对该疾病的认知。方法 回顾性总结分析诊断并经术后病理确诊为子宫癌肉瘤的患者的临床特点、超声特征。结果 子宫癌肉瘤以宫腔占位型最为多见且最具有超声特征性,内膜增厚型病灶可能仅局限于内膜而无肌层侵袭,肌层占位型则可能存在宫外侵袭。术前CA125水平升高可提示病灶存在宫外侵袭可能。结论 不同类型的子宫癌肉瘤具有不同的超声特征,结合患者的肿瘤标志物等临床特征,有助于提高子宫癌肉瘤的诊断准确度,预测病理分期。Objective To summarize the clinical and ultrasonic features of 18 cases of uterine carcinosarcoma,and compare them with the pathological results,so as to improve the cognition of the disease.Methods The clinical and ultrasonic features of patients diagnosed with uterine carcinosarcoma and confirmed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Uterine carcinosarcoma with uterine cavity occupying type was the most com-mon type and the ultrasound was characteristic,while the endometrial thickening type might be limited to the endome-trium without muscle layer invasion,and the uterine body occupying type might have extrauterine invasion.An elevat-ed CA125 level before surgery might suggest the possibility of extrauterine invasion.Conclusions Different types of uterine carcinosarcoma have different ultrasonic characteristics.Combing the ultrasonic presentation with the patient's tumor markers and other clinical characteristics would be helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of uterine carcino-sarcoma and help for clinical prediction of pathological stages.
