思政课一体化教师先导行动的内容与机制

摘  要:思政课一体化建设是新时代实现“立德树人”的关键举措,要求思政课教师从教学意识、教学方式和教学内容传递方面都积极参与先导行动。构建涵盖理念、实践、资源和专业发展四个向度的教师先导行动框架,以期加强一体化理念引领力、提升一体化教学创新力、强化一体化资源整合力以及深化一体化专业研究力。同时,建立主体一体化的协同工作机制、实现教学一体化的贯通实施机制、促进资源一体化的共享利用机制以及建立评价一体化的导向激励机制,保障教师先导行动的实现。The integration of ideological and political courses across primary,secondary,and higher education is a key initiative for moral education in the new era.It requires ideological and political teachers to actively engage in pioneer actions in teaching awareness,teaching methods,and teaching content delivery.This paper constructs a framework for teacher pioneer actions encompassing four dimensions,including concept,practice,resources,and professional development,which aims to strengthen leadership of integrated concepts,enhance innovation in integrated teaching,strengthen integrated resource consolidation,and deepen integrated professional research.Additionally,it proposes the establishment of a collaborative mechanism for subject integration,the implementation mechanism for integrated teaching,the sharing mechanism for resource integration,and the incentive mechanism for evaluation integration in order to ensure the realization of teachers’pioneer actions.
