数字化视域下紧密型教育集团高质量建设

摘  要:研究聚焦核心素养,直面教育集团建设中校际差异大、教师壁垒高、学生负担重、个性化缺失等现实困惑,探索数字赋能集团高质量建设的实施进路。以求真教育集团为例,通过建构“五育融合”的数字环境,建设“动态生成”的数字资源,研发“求真教育大脑”智适应学习助手,首创“智慧同侪”教学模式,设计多方位人工智能应用场景,实施“实时精准”的数字评价,创建“知行合一智慧共享”的课程体系、实施路径、教学研训模型等,形成了集团建设的智慧教育新生态。Focusing on core competencies,this study addresses practical challenges in the construction of educational groups,such as large inter-school differences,deep-rooted teacher barriers,heavy student workloads,and a lack of personalization.It explores digital empowerment strategies for high-quality development in educational groups.Taking Qiuzhen Educational Group as an example,the study constructs a“five-in-one”digital environment,builds digital resources from“dynamic generation”,develops intelligent adaptive learning assistants of“Qiuzhen Education Brain”,pioneers the“smart peer”teaching model,designs AI application scenarios,implements real-time precise digital evaluations,and creates a curriculum system,an implementation path and a teaching and research model featuring“the unity of knowledge and action and sharing of wisdom”.This helps form a new smart education ecosystem for group development.
