数字技术赋能乡村治理的鲜明特性、现实梗阻及路径选择--以广东省肇庆市为例

摘　　要：数字技术赋能乡村治理是提升乡村治理现代化水平、实现乡村振兴战略目标的强大引擎,推动乡村治理呈现出智慧性、普惠性、精准性三大鲜明特性。在当前数字技术赋能乡村治理实践中,还存在着数字技术人才缺失、设施不足、供需不平衡等现实困境。从加强乡村数字治理队伍建设、强化乡村数字治理设施建设、平衡乡村数字治理技术供需等方面主动破解现实困境,积极探索数字技术赋能乡村治理的实践路径,实现数字技术对乡村治理的人才赋能、设施赋能、技术赋能,对提升乡村综合数字治理能力和水平大有助益。Digital technology empowering rural governance is a powerful engine to improve the modernization level of rural governance and realize the strategic goal of rural revitalization.Promoting rural governance presents three distinct characteristics:wis-dom,universality and precision.In the current practice of digital technology empowering rural governance,there are still practical difficulties such as lack of digital technology talents,insufficient facilities,and imbalance between supply and demand.From the as-pects of strengthening the team construction of rural digital governance,reinforcing the facility construction of rural digital gover-nance,and balancing the technology supply and demand of rural digital governance,we should actively solve the real dilemma,ex-plore the practical path of digital technology empowering rural governance,and realize the talent empowerment,facility empower-ment,and technology empowerment of digital technology to rural governance.It is of great help to improve the ability and level of rural comprehensive digital governance.
