摘 要:为满足消费者的需求,我国蔬菜产业迅速发展,但同时也产生了大量尾菜。尾菜处理不当不仅会造成资源浪费,还会造成严重的环境污染。尾菜饲料化开发是缓解此类问题的重要措施之一,具有极高的环保和经济价值。尾菜中含有的丰富营养物质,可以作为优质饲料原料,缓解人畜争粮局面。本文综述了尾菜的营养价值、尾菜饲料化方法及其在动物生产中的应用,并对尾菜利用中存在的问题进行梳理,以期为尾菜在动物生产中的大规模应用提供参考。The vegetable industry in China has witnessed rapid development to satisfy people’s consumption demands,it has also produced a considerable amount of vegetable wastes.Inappropriate disposal of these vegetable wastes not only leads to resource wastage,but also causes severe environmental pollution.The feed-oriented exploitation of vegetable wastes is one of the important measures to alleviate those problems,which has significant environmental protection and economic value.Vegetable wastes are rich in nutrients and can serve as high-quality feed raw materials,alleviating the competition for food between humans and livestock.In this paper,the nutritive value,feed-oriented methods of vegetable wastes and their application in animal production were reviewed,and the existing problems in the utilization of vegetable wastes were summarized,it is expected to provide a reference for the large-scale application of vegetable wastes in animal production.
