摘　　要：霉菌毒素广泛存在于谷物和饲料中,严重威胁动物生产和人体健康。目前,市面上已开发并应用各种类型的脱毒剂来减轻霉菌毒素的危害。但是,由于缺乏严格的产品标准和完整的评价体系,导致安全性和有效性在实际生产应用中难以保证。因此,本文主要综述了国内外关于饲料霉菌毒素脱毒剂的立法标准及评价方法的研究进展,旨在为饲料霉菌毒素脱毒剂标准评价方法的建立提供参考。Mycotoxins are pervasive in grains and feed,posing a significant threat to animal production and human health.Various types of detoxification agents have been developed and applied in the market to mitigate the hazards associated with mycotoxins.However,the lack of strict product standards and complete evaluation systems makes it difficult to ensure safety and effectiveness in practical production applications.This paper reviewed the research progress of legislative standards and evaluation methods for mycotoxin detoxification agents in feed at foreign and domestic,aiming to provide a reference for establishing standard evaluation methods for mycotoxin detoxification agents in feed.
