摘 要:本试验旨在研究棕榈粕(PKC)饲粮对生长猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和抗氧化功能的影响。试验选取平均体重为(35.98±0.36)kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交生长猪108头,随机分为4组,4组饲粮处理分别为玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(CON组);10%PKC替代基础饲粮中的玉米(PKC组);10%PKC替代基础饲粮中的玉米,并添加复合酶制剂(PKC+E组);10%发酵棕榈粕(FPKC)替代基础饲粮中的玉米(FPKC组)。每组3个重复,每个重复9头猪。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)与其他组相比,用10%FPKC替代玉米可以显著提高生长猪的末重和平均日增重(P<0.05)。2)FPKC组的干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗蛋白质(CP)和总能(GE)的表观消化率均显著高于其他组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于CON组和PKC组(P<0.05),粗脂肪(EE)的表观消化率显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。3)各组之间的血清生化指标和抗氧化指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,用10%FPKC替代部分玉米饲喂生长猪可显著提高其生长性能和主要营养物质的表观消化率。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of palm kernel cake(PKC)diet on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and antioxidant function of growing pigs.A total of 108 Duroc×Landrace×Large hybrid growing pigs with an average body weight of(35.98±0.36)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were corn-soybean meal basal diet(CON group);corn in the basal diet replaced by 10%PKC(PKC group);corn in the basal diet replaced by 10% PKC and supplemented with complex enzyme preparation(PKC+E group);10% fermented palm meal(FPKC)replaced corn in the basal diet(FPKC group).There were 3 replicates per group and 9 pigs per replicate.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the other groups,the final weight and average daily gain of growing pigs were significantly increased by 10% FPKC instead of corn(P<0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),ash,crude protein(CP),and gross energy(GE)in the FPKC group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)was significantly higher than that in the CON group and PKC group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of ether extract(EE)was also significantly higher than that in the CON group(P<0.05).3)There were no significant differences in serum biochemical and antioxidant indicators among the groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,replacing a portion of corn with 10% FPKC in the diet of growing pigs can significantly improve their growth performance and the apparent digestibility of main nutrients.
