摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平蛋氨酸锌对肉雏鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响。选取体重相近的1日龄罗斯308雄性肉雏鸡250只,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。各组以蛋氨酸锌形式在基础饲粮基础上添加锌,添加量分别为0(对照组)、20、40、60和80 mg/kg,饲粮为粉料形式,试验期21 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加60和80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌极显著提高了肉雏鸡1~14日龄平均日增重(P<0.01),添加20、40、60和80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌极显著降低了1~14日龄平均日采食量及料重比(P<0.05);2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加60和80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌显著提高了21日龄肉雏鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05),添加80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌显著降低了血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌显著提高了空肠黏膜紧密连接蛋白封闭蛋白-1(Claudin-1)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),添加40、60和80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌显著降低了炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。综上可知,饲粮中添加40~80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锌可不同程度地提高肉雏鸡的生长性能、抗氧化能力及肠黏膜屏障功能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diet supplemented with different levels of zinc methionine on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and intestinal health of broiler chickens.A total of 250 one-day-old Ross 308 male broiler chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.Each group was supplemented with zinc in the form of methionine zinc on the basis of basal diet with the amounts of 0(control group),20,40,60 and 80 mg/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 60 and 80 mg/kg zinc methionine extremely significantly increased the average daily gain of broilers at 14 days of age(P<0.01),and supplementation of 20,40,60 and 80 mg/kg zinc methionine extremely significantly decreased the average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to gain of broiler chickens at 14 days of age(P<0.05);2)compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 60 and 80 mg/kg zinc methionine significantly increased the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in serum of broiler chickens at 21 days of age(P<0.05),and supplementation of 80 mg/kg zinc methionine significantly decreased the malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05);3)compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 80 mg/kg zinc methionine significantly increased the mRNA relative expression level of tight junction protein Claudin-1 in jejunal mucosa of broiler chickens(P<0.05),and supplementation of 40,60 and 80 mg/kg zinc methionine significantly decreased the mRNA relative expression level of inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(P<0.05).In summary,diet supplemented with 40 to 80 mg/kg zinc methionine can improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal mucosal barrier function of broiler chickens in different degrees.
