摘 要:本试验旨在探究复合酵母培养物和β-葡聚糖对羔羊生长性能及瘤胃上皮屏障和菌群的影响。选取90只健康、体重相近的50日龄绵羊公羔,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊。对照组(Con组)饲喂基础饲粮,复合酵母培养物组(S1组)饲喂在基础饲粮中添加50 g/kg复合酵母培养物的饲粮,β-葡聚糖组(S2组)饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加2 g/kg酵母β-葡聚糖的饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)第1~30天,与S2组相比,S1组羔羊平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);第31~60天,与Con组相比,S1组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与Con组相比,S1组和S2组羔羊瘤胃乳头宽度和表面积均显著提高(P<0.05),S1组瘤胃乳头长度显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与Con组相比,S1组羔羊瘤胃上皮封闭蛋白-1(claudin-1)、封闭蛋白-4(claudin-4)、闭合蛋白(occludin)和闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)mRNA相对表达量均极显著提高(P<0.01),S2组瘤胃上皮occludin mRNA相对表达量极显著提高(P<0.01)。4)与Con组相比,S1组和S2组羔羊瘤胃菌群Shannon指数和Simpson指数显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与Con组相比,S1组瘤胃琥珀酸弧菌科UCG-001(Succinivibrionaceae_UCG-001)相对丰度极显著提高(P<0.01),S2组瘤胃琼脂杆菌属(Agathobacter)相对丰度极显著提高(P<0.01),S1组和S2组密螺旋体属(Treponema)、普雷沃氏菌科UCG-001(Prevotellaceae_UCG-001)和理研菌科RC9肠道群(Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group)相对丰度显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。5)Spearman相关性分析结果表明,瘤胃上皮claudin-1 mRNA相对表达量与瘤胃琥珀酸弧菌科UCG-001相对丰度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与瘤胃普雷沃氏菌科UCG-001、密螺旋体属和理研菌科RC9肠道群相对丰度呈显著负相关(P<0.05);瘤胃上皮occludin和ZO-1 mRNA相对表达量与瘤胃普雷沃氏菌科UCG-001相对丰度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮中添加复合酵母培养物能够提高羔羊平均日增�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound yeast culture and β-glucan on growth performance and rumen epithelial barrier and microbiota of lambs.A total of 90 healthy 50-day-old male lambs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 sheep per replicate.Sheep in the control group(Con group)were fed a basal diet,those in the compound yeast culture group(S1 group)were fed the diet supplemented with 50 g/kg compound yeast culture in the basal diet,and those in the β-glucan group(S2 group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2 g/kg yeast β-glucan.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)from days 1 to 30,compared with S2 group,the average daily gain of lambs in S1 group was significantly increased(P<0.05);from days 31 to 60,compared with Con group,the average daily gain in S1 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with Con group,the rumen papilla width and surface area of lambs in S1 and S2 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the rumen papilla length in S1 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with Con group,the mRNA relative expression levels of claudin-1,claudin-4,occludin and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)in rumen epithelium of lambs in S1 group were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the occludin mRNA relative expression level in rumen epithelium in S2 group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).4)Compared with Con group,the Shannon index and Simpson index of rumen microbiota of lambs in S1 and S2 groups were significantly or extremely significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with Con group,the Succinivibrionaceae_UCG-001 relative abundance in rumen in S1 group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the Agathobacter relative abundance in rumen in S2 group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the relative abundances of Treponema,Prevotellaceae_UCG-001 and Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_
