摘 要:为显著提升超细石膏粉体制备效果,研究对助磨剂进行电化学预处理,基于正交试验的方法,确定了最佳电化学预处理条件,并建立正交多项式回归预测模型进行预测。结果表明,正交多项式回归分析得出的影响助磨效果制备超细石膏粉体的特征重要性排序为:极板间距、电流密度和电解时间。最优电化学预处理助磨剂制备超细石膏粉体的条件:电流密度为5.7×10^(-7)A/m^(2)、极板间距为4cm及电解时间为15min。正交多项式回归模型的预测值与试验值的误差在±2.22%之间。原因在于,电化学预处理可显著降低EDTA溶液的黏度,提高EDTA溶液中悬浮颗粒的分散性,同时能够打破EDTA溶液的电离平衡,增大EDTA溶液的解离常数。研究对电化学预处理提高EDTA对生石膏的超细磨有一定的参考实际意义。In order to significantly improve the preparation effect of ultrafine gypsum powder,electrochemical pretreatment of grinding aid was studied.Based on the method of orthogonal test,the optimal electrochemical pretreatment conditions were determined,and the orthogonal polynomial regression prediction model was established for prediction.The results show that the orthogonal polynomial regression analysis shows that the characteristics of the ultrafine gypsum powder are as follows:plate spacing,current density and electrolysis time.The optimum conditions for preparing ultrafine gypsum powder by electrochemical pretreatment aid are as follows:current density is 5.7×10^(-7)A/m^(2),plate spacing is 4cm and electrolysis time is 15min.The error between the predicted value and the experimental value of the orthogonal polynomial regression model is±2.22%.The reason is that electrochemical pretreatment can significantly reduce the viscosity of EDTA solution,improve the dispersion of suspended particles in EDTA solution,break the ionization equilibrium of EDTA solution,and increase the dissociation constant of EDTA solution.The research has some practical significance for improving EDTA for ultrafine grinding of gypsum by electrochemical pretreatment.
