摘 要:试验旨在确定槟榔江水牛泌乳期适宜的蛋白水平,以提高水牛的饲料转化效率和生产性能。试验将年龄、胎次相同且上胎产奶量相近的健康槟榔江奶水牛21头,随机分为3组,每组7个重复,每个重复1头牛。各组饲粮粗蛋白水平分别为9.50%、12.50%和14.80%。预试期10 d,正式试验期8个月(为槟榔江水牛的泌乳期)。结果显示:14.80%粗蛋白组的平均7%脂肪校正乳产量极显著高于9.50%粗蛋白组(P<0.01),平均氮摄入量极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);12.50%粗蛋白组氮摄入量极显著高于9.50%粗蛋白组(P<0.01)。与9.50%粗蛋白组相比,14.80%粗蛋白组平均饲料转化率显著提高(P<0.05),平均氮泌乳转化效率极显著降低(P<0.01)。各组饲料转化效率和氮泌乳转化效率均为第1个泌乳月最高。研究表明,饲粮粗蛋白水平为14.80%可以提高槟榔江水牛饲料转化率、氮摄入量和产奶量,对干物质采食量、体重、乳蛋白率、乳脂率无显著影响。The experiment aimed to determine the optimal dietary crude protein level during the lactation period of Binglangjiang buffalo to improve feed conversion efficiency and production performance.Twenty-one healthy Binglangjiang dairy buffalo with similar age,parity,and previous lactation milk yield were randomly divided into three groups,with seven replicates per group,one buffalo per replicate.The dietary crude protein levels were 9.50%,12.50%,and 14.80%,respectively.After a 10-day pre-trial period,the formal trial lasted for eight months(covering the entire lactation period).The results showed that the 7%fat-corrected milk yield in the 14.80%crude protein group extremely increased compared to the 9.50%crude group(P<0.01),with nitrogen intake extremely higher than other groups(P<0.01).The the nitrogen intake in the 12.50%crude protein group was extremely higher than the 9.50%crude group(P<0.01).Compared to the 9.50%crude protein group,the feed conversion rate in the 14.80%crude protein group significantly improved(P<0.05),the nitrogen-to-milk conversion efficiency extremely reduced(P<0.01).Both feed and nitrogen conversion efficiencies peaked in the first month of lactation across all groups.The study indicates that a 14.80%crude protein diet enhances feed conversion rate,nitrogen intake,and milk yield in Binglangjiang buffalo,while showing no significant effects on dry matter intake,body weight,milk protein percentage,or milk fat percentage.
