摘  要:试验旨在探讨抗菌肽对断奶肉兔生长性能、养分表观消化率和抗应激能力的影响。试验选取198只平均体重为(0.979±0.023)kg的35日龄断奶伊拉肉兔,采用随机区组设计法,随机分为2组,每组11个重复,每个重复9只断奶肉兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗菌肽组在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg的抗菌肽。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,抗菌肽组断奶肉兔试验第30天体重和全期的平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),1~15 d和全期料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,抗菌肽组断奶肉兔粗纤维的表观消化率、血清中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)的含量显著提高,溶菌酶(LZM)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)、皮质醇(COR)的含量及钾钠比值(K/Na)显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,500 mg/kg的抗菌肽能够提升肉兔机体对养分的表观消化率,增强免疫功能,提高抗氧化及抗应激能力,从而有效促进肉兔生长。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of antimicrobial peptide on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and stress tolerance of weaned meat rabbits.A total of 198 weaned Ira meat rabbits with an average weight of(0.979±0.023)kg at the age of 35 days were selected.The random block design method was used to randomly divide them into two groups,with 11 replicates per group and nine weaned meat rabbits per replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the antimicrobial peptide group was fed the basic diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg of antimicrobial peptide.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the body weight on day 30 and the average daily gain(ADG)of the whole period of weaned meat rabbits in the antimicrobial peptide group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)from day 1 to 15 and the whole period was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the antimicrobial peptide group significantly improved the apparent digestibility of crude fiber,the content of heat shock protein 70(HSP70),immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(INF-γ)in serum,and the activity of lysozyme(LZM)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)(P<0.05),while significantly reducing the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and cortisol(COR),and the potassium-sodium ratio(K/Na)(P<0.05).The study indicates that 500 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide can improve the nutrient apparent digestibility,enhance immune function,improve antioxidant and anti-stress ability of meat rabbits,and effectively promote their growth.
