湖南地区12份不同生育期蔷薇科植物营养品质分析

摘  要:试验旨在探究湖南地区蔷薇科植物的营养品质,并筛选优质的蔷薇科植物。在湖南地区采集了12份蔷薇科植物种质(营养期4份,开花期3份,成熟期5份),测定了植物干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)、粗灰分(Ash)、无氮浸出物(NFE)等营养成分含量,运用灰色关联度法进行了综合评价。结果表明:营养期4份种质的DM含量为27.37%~60.71%,CP含量为7.21%~13.24%,EE含量为1.88%~2.63%,CF含量为25.00%~35.89%,Ash含量为5.31%~9.43%,NFE含量为45.61%~53.42%。开花期3份种质的DM含量为30.00%~39.29%,CP含量为10.40%~15.16%,EE含量为1.09%~2.00%,CF含量为28.21%~48.64%,Ash含量为5.15%~10.07%,NFE含量为34.72%~46.53%。成熟期5份种质的DM含量为32.85%~53.57%,CP含量为5.41%~13.29%,EE含量为1.18%~2.95%,CF含量为19.45%~42.45%,Ash含量为4.27%~11.36%,NFE含量为43.70%~54.89%。综合评价结果显示,在营养期,中华绣线梅(Neillia sinensis)表现最优,营养品质最好,高粱泡(Rubus lambertianus)表现较优,营养品质较好;在开花期,龙芽草(Agrimonia pilosa)表现最优,营养品质最好,柔毛路边青(Geum japonicum var.chinense)表现较优,营养品质较好;在成熟期,川莓(Rubus setchuenensis)表现最优,营养品质最好。The study was in order to explore the nutritional quality of Rosaceae plants in Hunan area,and screen high-quality Rosaceae plants.Twelve Rosaceae plant germplasm(four parts in vegetative period,three parts in flowering period,five parts in maturation period)were collected in Hunan area,and dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),crude fiber(CF),crude ash(Ash),nitrogen free extract(NFE)content were determined,and the grey relational degree was used to comprehensively evaluate.The results showed that the DM content of four germplasms during the vegetative period was between 27.37%~60.71%,the CP content was between 7.21%~13.24%,the EE content was between 1.88%~2.63%,the CF content was between 25.00%~35.89%,the Ash content was between 5.31%~9.43%,and the NFE content was between 45.61%~53.42%.The DM content of three germplasms during the flowering period was between 30.00%~39.29%,the CP content was between 10.40%~15.16%,the EE content was between 1.09%~2.00%,the CF content was between 28.21%~48.64%,the Ash content was between 5.15%~10.07%,and the NFE content was between 34.72%~46.53%.The DM content of five germplasms during the maturation period was between 32.85%~53.57%,the CP content was between 5.41%~13.29%,the EE content was between 1.18%~2.95%,the CF content was between 19.45%~42.45%,the Ash content was between 4.27%~11.36%,and the NFE content was between 43.70%~54.89%.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that in the vegetative period,the performance of Neilliasinensiswas the best and the nutritional quality was the best,and Rubuslambertianus performed better and had better nutritional quality.In the flowering period,the Agrimoniapilosa performed the best and had the best nutritional quality,and Geumjaponicum var.chinenseperformed better and had better nutritional quality.In the maturation period,Rubussetchuenensisperformed the best and had the best nutritional quality.
