摘  要:微藻是一类光合自养型微生物,具有营养价值高、环境适应性强的特点,可以改善水产动物的肌肉品质。微藻或微藻提取物作为饲料添加剂,可以促进水产动物肠道健康,改善血清指标,从而提高水产动物的生长速度、存活率和免疫力。此外,某些种类微藻中蛋白质含量较高,可以作为鱼粉的替代品,减少对传统渔业资源的依赖,在水产养殖中应用比较广泛。文章综述了微藻的营养特性及其对水产动物生长性能、肠道健康、免疫功能和肌肉品质的影响,探讨了微藻在水产饲料中的应用现状,为微藻的进一步开发和利用提供参考,从而促进水产养殖业的可持续发展。Microalgae is a kind of photoautotrophic microorganism with high nutritional value and strong environmental adaptability, which can improve the meat quality of aquatic animals. Microalgae or microalgae extracts as feed additives can promote intestinal health, improve the serum indexes, and thus improve the growth rate, survival rate and immunity of aquatic animals. In addition, some species of microalgae have higher protein content, which can be used as a substitute for fishmeal, reduce the dependence on traditional fishery resources, and be widely used in aquaculture. In this paper, the nutritional characteristics of microalgae and their effects on growth performance, intestinal health, immune function and meat quality of aquatic animals were reviewed, and the application status of microalgae in aquatic feed was discussed,which provided references for further development and utilization of microalgae, so as to promote the sustainable development of aquaculture industry.
