摘  要:目的采用双样本孟德尔随机化(Mendelian randomization,MR)研究方法分析受教育程度与抑郁症发生的因果关系。方法在全基因组关联研究数据库中提取受教育程度、抑郁症的相关数据,并进行双样本MR分析,用留一法进行敏感性分析。结果最终58个单核苷酸多态性被成功纳入,双向MR分析结果显示,受教育程度的提升可降低抑郁症的发病风险(OR=0.95,95%CI:0.92~0.98,P<0.01),MR-Egger分析与敏感分析均未发现纳入的单核苷酸多态性存在水平多效性(P>0.05)。结论抑郁症的发病风险随着教育程度的提高而降低。Objective To analyze causal relationship between education level and the occurrence of depression by using two sample Mendelian randomization(MR)study method.Methods The data of education level and depression were extracted from the Genome-Wide Association Study database,and the two-sample MR analysis was conducted,and sensitivity analysis was performed using the leave-one-out method.Results Ultimately,58 single nucleotide polymorphisms were successfully included.The results of bidirectional MR analysis showed that increase in education level can reduce the risk of depression(OR=0.95,95%CI:0.92-0.98,P<0.01).MR-Egger regression and sensitivity analysis results showed that there was no horizontal pleiotropy in included single nucleotide polymorphisms(P>0.05).Conclusion The risk of developing depression decreases with increasing education level.
