清肝宁心制动方治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍心肝火旺型的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清肝宁心制动方对多动症儿童(心肝火旺型)临床症状的改善作用。方法选取2023年3月至2024年3月在芜湖市中医医院就诊的50例多动症患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和试验组(n=25)。对照组予静灵口服液治疗,试验组予清肝宁心制动方治疗,为期2个月。比较两组患儿的疗效及治疗前后注意力缺陷多动障碍(Swanson,Nolan and Pelham-Ⅳ,SNAP-Ⅳ)量表得分、中医证候积分及血清皮质醇(serum cortisol,COR)水平。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的SNAP-Ⅳ量表得分、中医证候积分均降低,两组患儿的血清COR水平升高,试验组疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论清肝宁心制动方可有效改善心肝火旺型多动症患儿的临床症状,调节血清COR水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the improvement effect of Qinggan Ningxin Zhidong prescription on the clinical symptoms of Heart-Liver Fire type children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods Fifty children with ADHD diagnosed and treated at Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=25)by using the random number table method.Control group was treated with Jingling oral liquid,while experimental group was treated with Qinggan Ningxin Zhidong prescription for a period of 2 months.Efficacy and SNAP-IV scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and serum cortisol(COR)levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).SNAP-Ⅳscores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of children in both groups were reduced,and serum COR levels were increased,and experimental group showing more significant effects(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Ningxin Zhidong prescription can effectively improve clinical symptoms of children,regulate serum COR levels,and enhance clinical efficacy.
