摘 要:本文旨在建立一种准确、高效、重复性良好的铁棒锤无机元素测定方法,利用26个无机元素标准曲线,对铁棒锤生品及四种炮制品中无机元素水平进行差异性分析,并采用内梅罗综合污染指数(NCPI)及致癌风险评估法(CR)对其中有害元素进行健康风险评估。结果显示,各元素标准曲线相关系数范围0.9986~0.9998,线性关系良好。仪器检出限范围为0.0001~0.8693μg·kg^(-1),定量限范围为0.0003~2.8977μg·kg^(-1),检测方法准确可靠。铁棒锤生品及炮制品间无机元素含量差异明显,As、Pb、Cd三种有害元素所致健康风险均较低。炮制过程使得铁棒锤的大多数常量元素及微量必需元素含量上升,有害元素含量下降。The aim of this paper is to establish an accurate,efficient,and reproducible method for determining inorganic elements in Aconitum pendulum Busch.Twenty-six standard curves of inorganic elements were utilized to differentially analyze the levels of these elements in raw Aconitum pendulum Busch and four types of artillery products.The Nemero Comprehensive Pollution Index(NCPI)and Carcinogenic Risk Assessment(CR)methods were employed to evaluate the health risks associated with harmful elements.The results indicated that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves for each element ranged from 0.9986 to 0.9998,demonstrating strong linear relationships.The limits of detection(LODs)for the instrument ranged from 0.0001 to 0.8693μg·kg^(-1),while the limits of quantification(LOQs)ranged from 0.0003 to 2.8977μg·kg^(-1),confirming the method's accuracy and reliability.Significant differences in inorganic elements were observed between the raw and processed products of Aconitum pendulum Busch,with low health risks associated with arsenic(As),lead(Pb),and cadmium(Cd).The processing method resulted in an increase in the content of most macronutrients and trace essential elements,alongside a decrease in harmful elements,which is beneficial for human health.
