摘　　要：文章研究了大数据技术在高职教学质量管理中的应用,探讨了大数据技术如何帮助高职院校实现教学质量的精准管理,提升教学效果。文章首先分析了高职教学质量管理的现状和存在的问题,然后详细阐述了大数据技术在教学过程数据实时采集与分析、教学质量评估、个性化学习路径构建、教学反馈与改进等方面的应用。同时,文章也讨论了大数据技术应用面临的挑战和对策,包括技术挑战与解决方案、技术实施与维护成本、数据隐私与安全问题、数据质量与标准化问题、教师与学生的技术接受度、政策与法规环境支持的重要性。最后,文章展望了大数据技术在高职教学质量管理中的应用前景。This article studies the application of big data technology in higher vocational teaching quality management,and discusses how big data technology can help higher vocational colleges achieve accurate teaching quality management and improve teaching effect.Firstly,the article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges,and then elaborates the application of big data technology in real-time collection and analysis of teaching process data,teaching quality assessment,personalized learning path construction,teaching feedback and improvement.At the same time,the article also discusses the challenges and countermeasures faced by the application of big data technology,including technical challenges and solutions,technology implementation and maintenance costs,data privacy and security issues,data quality and standardization issues,technology acceptance of teachers and students,and the importance of policy and regulatory environment support.Finally,it looks forward to the application prospect of big data technology in higher vocational teaching quality management.
