智慧图书馆背景下高校图书馆特色馆藏的创新发展

摘  要:在智慧图书馆蓬勃兴起的背景下,图书馆凭借数字化、智能化、网络化等特点,深度重塑了服务模式与资源利用形态。虽然国内高校特色馆藏建设有一定成果,如硬件逐步完善、文献资源有所丰富、数字建设有所进展,但仍存在服务观念滞后、技术更新迟缓、资金短缺以及政策支持不足等问题。为实现创新发展,文章认为高校应深刻认识特色馆藏的核心价值,多维度拓宽资源获取途径,包括整合多元资源、开展馆际合作、挖掘地方特色等,同时全面优化服务理念,以更好地契合学科建设需求、提升资源利用率、彰显高校与地方特色,进而推动高校图书馆在智慧时代为高校师生、学术研究以及区域发展提供强有力的知识支撑与文化动力。Against the backdrop of the booming rise of smart libraries,libraries have deeply reshaped their service models and resource utilization forms with the characteristics of digitization,intelligence,and networking.Although there have been some achievements in the construction of characteristic collections in domestic universities,such as gradually improving hardware,enriching literature resources,and making progress in digital construction,there are still problems such as lagging service concepts,slow technological updates,funding shortages,and insufficient policy support.In order to achieve innovative development,the article believes that universities should have a deep understanding of the core value of characteristic collections,broaden resource acquisition channels in multiple dimensions,including integrating diverse resources,carrying out inter library cooperation,and exploring local characteristics.At the same time,comprehensively optimize service concepts to better meet the needs of discipline construction,improve resource utilization,highlight the characteristics of universities and local areas,and promote university libraries to provide strong knowledge support and cultural power for university teachers,students,academic research,and regional development in the smart era.
