摘  要:建立了顶空-气相色谱-电子捕获检测器法(HS-GC-ECD)快速测定水中1-溴丙烷的分析方法,并对方法进行了优化。采用DB-624色谱柱分离,对平衡时间、平衡温度、不同盐种类、盐的加入量等前处理条件及色谱条件进行优化。在最优实验条件下,1-溴丙烷的方法检出限为1.1μg·L-1;测定1-溴丙烷实际样品的加标回收率为92.8%~108%,相对标准偏差为2.01%~6.21%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、检出限低、准确度高,适用于地下水、地表水和工业废水中1-溴丙烷的快速测定。A headspace-gas chromatography-electron capture detector(HS-GC-ECD)method for the rapid determination of 1-bromopropane in water was developed and optimized.DB-624 chromatographic column was used to separate and optimize the pretreatment conditions such as equilibrium time,equilibrium temperature,different kinds of salt and amount of salt added.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the detection limit of 1-bromopropane was 1.1μg·L-1.The recoveries of 1-bromopropane were 92.8%~108%and the relative standard deviations were 2.01%~6.21%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,low detection limit and high accuracy,and is suitable for the rapid determination of 1-bromopropane in groundwater,surface water and industrial wastewater.
